Let’s start off with the fact that I absolutely adore what I do. Nothing makes my heart happier than planning and organising things, people, events, itineraries, and so on. I love reaching the end of a project and seeing happy, content clients who’ve achieved their goals, whether in business or pleasure, all while remaining blissfully unaware of the juggling act behind the scenes.
I started Infragilis VA in April 2019 when I realised that commuting into the city each day was becoming unmanageable. Balancing an unreliable train journey, work commitments, and the needs of my then three small children was pushing me to the brink. At the time, I was already working as a VA in essence, serving as a busy EA to two founders of a Property Investment & Management company - one in the US and one in the UK. I loved the variety, the mix of business and personal tasks, and the interaction with a diverse array of fascinating people and companies.
Now, over seven years later, I have the privilege of working with amazing clients who share a common thread: they are all people-centred with fascinating businesses, lives, and stories. I feel incredibly fortunate to have built the business I have today and have such wonderful people trust me with their lives and businesses.
With over 20 years of experience as a PA and EA, I provide trusted support, travel coordination, and event planning for a wide range of clients, from HNW individuals to fast-growing start-ups, entrepreneurs, charities, and large-scale global businesses. I’ve mastered the art of planning and organisation! I thrive in demanding roles and am happiest when supporting people like you to regain control and breathe freely again.
I bring a unique and varied skill set to the table. I’ve "been there, done that, and picked up some cracking skills along the way!"
I’ve studied Biochemistry, Nutritional Food Science, Midwifery, and Hospitality Management with Business. I’ve delivered babies (yes, really - 14 to be exact), created, planned, and coordinated large-scale charity challenge events and high-profile corporate events. I’ve managed offices of all sizes, supported numerous Boards of Directors, and served as the right hand to various Founders, CEOs, and Partners. From providing highly confidential EA support to high-profile clients and large organisations, to assisting individual tradesmen just starting out and wanting help to grow. I love the variety my career has given me so far.
